ABUSE AND NOTICE-AND-ACTION POLICY
Article 1. Purpose
1.1VylorNode aims to prevent and combat abuse of its services.
1.2This policy describes how reports of illegal content, copyright infringement, malware, phishing, DDoS, spam and other abuse are handled.
1.3This policy is intended to ensure careful, objective and proportionate action.

Article 3. What can be reported?

Article 5. Handling
5.1VylorNode assesses reports within a reasonable period.

Article 6. Proportionality
6.1VylorNode chooses a measure appropriate to the seriousness of the report.
6.2Where possible, the specific content is addressed instead of the entire service.
6.3In case of repeated abuse or security risk, the entire service may be suspended.
Article 7. Customer notification
7.1When VylorNode takes measures against customer content or services, VylorNode informs the customer where possible about:
7.2VylorNode may omit notification where prohibited by law, where it would harm an investigation or where serious risks exist.
Article 8. Objection procedure
8.1The customer may object via support@vylornode.com.
8.2The objection must include:

8.4If the objection is justified, VylorNode restores the measure where possible.
Article 9. Repeated abuse
9.1VylorNode may restrict or terminate accounts or services in case of repeated violations.
9.2VylorNode may warn users before suspension, unless there is a serious violation, legal obligation or security risk.
9.3VylorNode considers the facts, circumstances, proportionality and available information.
Article 10. Copyright
10.1Copyright reports must clearly identify which work is protected and where the infringement is located.
10.2The reporter must be authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
10.3VylorNode may block or remove content where the report is sufficiently credible.
10.4The customer may object where there is permission, a license, quotation right, own work or another justification.
Article 11. Law enforcement
11.1VylorNode cooperates with valid and competent requests from authorities to the extent legally required.
11.2VylorNode assesses requests carefully.
11.3VylorNode does not provide customer data without a valid legal basis.
Article 12. Logging
12.1VylorNode may retain abuse reports, measures, communication and evidence.
12.2Retention takes place as long as necessary for investigation, security, disputes and legal obligations.
