ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Article 1. Purpose
1.1This AUP describes which use of VylorNode services is permitted and which use is prohibited.
1.2The AUP protects VylorNode, customers, end users, data centers, networks and third parties against abuse.
1.3The AUP forms part of the agreement with VylorNode.
Article 2. General rule
2.1The customer uses the services only for lawful purposes.
2.2The customer may not use the services in a way that:

Article 4. Content
4.1The customer is responsible for all content on the service.
4.2The customer must have all rights and permissions for the content.
4.3Content must not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
4.4VylorNode is not required to actively monitor content, but may investigate reports or signs of abuse.
Article 5. Network use and resources
5.1The customer may not generate network traffic that is disproportionate, harmful or misleading.
5.2Prohibited traffic includes spoofing, amplification, reflection attacks, SYN floods, UDP floods and similar traffic.
5.3The customer may not perform activities that lead to blacklisting of IP addresses, ranges, ASNs, domains or mail servers.
5.4Fair use always applies, including to products described as generous or unlimited.
5.5VylorNode may set limits, filter traffic or restrict services in case of abuse or risk.
Article 6. Email use
6.1Email may only be used for lawful communication.
6.2Spam, phishing, bulk mail without opt-in, mailing lists without unsubscribe options, spoofing and misleading headers are prohibited.
6.3VylorNode may limit, block or disable email functionality in case of abuse or blacklisting.
Article 7. Game hosting-specific rules
7.1Prohibited for FiveM, Minecraft and other game servers:
7.2The customer is responsible for licenses, game keys, server keys, mods, plugins and scripts.
7.3VylorNode may immediately block a game server in case of risk to the network, players, third parties or VylorNode.
Article 8. VPS-specific rules
8.1VPS customers have more technical freedom but remain bound by this AUP.
8.2The customer may not run an open relay, open proxy, botnet node, malware host, bulletproof hosting or scanning host.
8.3The customer is responsible for patching, hardening and securing their own VPS.
8.4VylorNode may intervene in case of abuse, network incidents or disproportionate resource usage.
Article 9. Web hosting-specific rules
9.1Web hosting may not be used for phishing, malware, scams, illegal downloads or misleading services.
9.2The customer must keep CMS, plugins, themes and scripts up to date.
9.3In case of hacked websites, VylorNode may temporarily block the website until the customer resolves the issue.
Article 10. Enforcement
10.1In case of violation, VylorNode may:
10.2Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination without warning.
10.3VylorNode may retain logs for investigation, evidence, security and legal obligations.
Article 11. Reporting abuse
11.1Abuse can be reported via abuse@vylornode.com.
11.2A report should preferably include:
11.3VylorNode assesses reports carefully and proportionately.
Article 12. Objection
12.1A customer may object to measures through support@vylornode.com.
12.2The objection must explain why the measure is incorrect and include relevant evidence.
12.3VylorNode handles objections within a reasonable period.
12.4In case of serious security or legal risks, the measure may remain in force during the objection process.
