SPECIFIC TERMS FOR GAME HOSTING
Article 1. Applicability
1.1These terms apply in addition to FiveM hosting, Minecraft hosting, Rust hosting, ARK hosting and other game hosting services.
1.2In case of conflict, these product terms take precedence over general provisions, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Article 2. Delivery of game servers
2.1VylorNode delivers game servers through an online panel.
2.2The customer receives access to configuration, files, console, backups and settings to the extent included in the package.
2.3Delivery may depend on availability of nodes, IP addresses, licenses, panel software and external platforms.
2.4VylorNode may migrate game servers to other nodes for maintenance, stability, performance or security.
Article 3. FiveM
3.1The customer is responsible for compliance with the rules of Cfx.re/FiveM, Rockstar Games and any third-party licenses.
3.2The customer is responsible for server license keys, txAdmin, resources, scripts, database, ESX/QBCore or other frameworks.
3.3VylorNode is not responsible for bans, key revocations, platform restrictions or measures taken by FiveM/Cfx.re/Rockstar.
3.4Leaked scripts, backdoors, cheat menus, token loggers, malware, illegal assets and content that infringes third-party rights are prohibited.
3.5FiveM performance depends in part on scripts, resources, database queries, player count, assets and configuration. VylorNode can provide hardware but does not guarantee that poorly optimized scripts run without lag.
3.6VylorNode may limit support where issues are caused by customer resources, custom scripts or external dependencies.
Article 4. Minecraft
4.1The customer is responsible for compliance with Minecraft/Mojang/Microsoft terms and any EULA rules.
4.2The customer is responsible for server software such as Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Forge, Fabric, Velocity or BungeeCord.
4.3Performance depends on plugins, mods, worlds, farms, entities, redstone, view distance, player count and configuration.
4.4Crash clients, botnets, exploit tools, illegal launchers, malware, credential stealers and copyright infringement are prohibited.
4.5VylorNode may provide optimization advice but is not responsible for poorly built worlds, mods or plugins.
Article 5. Mods, plugins and scripts
5.1The customer may only use mods, plugins, scripts and assets for which the customer has rights.
5.2VylorNode does not verify in advance whether customer content is legal.
5.3Upon complaints or signs of infringement, VylorNode may block or remove content according to the abuse procedure.
5.4VylorNode is not liable for damage caused by third-party plugins, scripts, exploits, malware or incompatibility.
Article 6. Player data and community management
6.1The customer is responsible for their own players, staff, bans, logs, player data and community rules.
6.2If the customer processes personal data of players, the customer is responsible for GDPR compliance towards players.
6.3VylorNode is not responsible for disputes between the customer and players, staff members or community members.
Article 7. DDoS and network
7.1VylorNode uses infrastructure with DDoS protection, but no protection guarantees that all attacks will be filtered without impact.
7.2VylorNode may adjust firewall rules, ports, game profiles or filters during attacks.
7.3The customer may not perform their own DDoS tests, stress tests or attack simulations without written permission.
7.4In case of ongoing attacks, VylorNode may temporarily take measures such as IP changes, rate limiting, null routing, migration or suspension where necessary.
Article 8. Backups
8.1Backups are only included if the package states this.
8.2The customer remains responsible for their own backups of resources, worlds, databases and configurations.
8.3VylorNode does not guarantee that backups are always complete, current or recoverable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Article 9. Support
9.1Standard support includes hosting, panel access, basic server issues and network.
9.2Unless otherwise agreed, the following are not included:
