REFUND, WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Article 1. Purpose
1.1This policy describes when customers may cancel, withdraw or receive a refund.
1.2This policy applies in addition to the General Terms of Service.
1.3Consumers may have statutory rights that are not limited by this policy.
Article 2. Consumers and cooling-off period
2.1Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
2.2For services, the cooling-off period generally starts on the day after the agreement is concluded or confirmed.
2.3VylorNode informs consumers before purchase about the right of withdrawal, the conditions, deadlines and method of exercising it.

Article 3. Digital services and immediate delivery
3.1Hosting services are often delivered digitally immediately after ordering.
3.2During checkout, a consumer may request VylorNode to begin delivery immediately.
3.3If the consumer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may expire after the service has been fully delivered or put into use, refunds may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
3.4If withdrawal is still possible while the service has already been partially delivered, VylorNode may charge a proportional fee for the part already delivered, to the extent permitted by law.
Article 4. Business customers
4.1Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
4.2Refunds to business customers are only provided when VylorNode agrees to this in writing or where expressly provided by product terms.

5.1Refunds are generally not provided in case of:
Article 6. Trial periods and promotions
6.1Free trials, partner deals or discount codes do not entitle the customer to a cash payment.
6.2VylorNode may terminate trial periods in case of abuse.
6.3After a trial period, the service will only continue as a paid service if this has been clearly agreed.
Article 7. Cancellation before delivery
7.1If a service has not yet been delivered, the customer may request cancellation.
7.2In case of cancellation before delivery, VylorNode may deduct reasonable costs already incurred, to the extent permitted by law.
Article 8. Subscription cancellation
8.1Cancellation terminates the subscription at the end of the current period.
8.2Already paid periods are generally not refunded pro rata unless legally required or agreed in writing.
8.3The customer must export their own data before termination.
Article 9. Chargebacks
9.1The customer must contact VylorNode first in case of payment problems.
9.2Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension, administrative costs and termination.
9.3In case of fraud or abuse, VylorNode may block accounts.
